Dealers, Auctions & Remarketing
The same condition report,
whoever is on shift.
For dealer groups, auction houses and remarketing operations in the UAE, Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC. Machine-generated condition data that a buyer, a seller and an appraiser can all read the same way.
The margin leak
Appraisal variance is a pricing error.
Two appraisers looking at the same trade-in reach different numbers, and the difference is absorbed as margin. On the sell side, the same inconsistency shows up as arbitration: a buyer receives a unit that does not match the grade, and the cost of putting it right lands after the sale is booked.
Neither problem is caused by carelessness. Both are caused by a process that depends on a person’s eye at the end of a long day.
What changes
Grading becomes measurement.
Every unit passes the lane in ten seconds. Dents from 5 mm and scratches from 10 × 1 mm are detected, classified by type and severity, dimensioned in length, width and depth, and mapped to the specific body panel.
The appraiser stops estimating and starts pricing against a number. The buyer sees the same evidence the seller does, which is what removes the argument.
Across the operation
Where the lane pays for itself.
Trade-in appraisal
A documented condition record before the advisor quotes, so the number is defensible to the customer and to the used-car manager.
ServiceService lane intake
Pre-existing damage is on record before the keys change hands, which is what ends the “it was not like that when I brought it in” conversation.
RepairHail and PDR estimating
An objective dent count per panel for paintless dent repair and hail events, instead of a manual tally under a light board.
Listing quality
Photography and evidence in one pass.
A 4K, 360° capture of every unit produces a consistent visual record for online listings alongside the condition data — the same lighting, the same angles, the same standard on every vehicle, whether it was scanned in the morning or at the end of the shift.
Questions
Common questions from dealer and auction operators.
Which platform suits a dealer group?
The DRAGATE Flagship uses 17 cameras and detects dents from 5 mm. The DRAGATE SE uses 9 cameras at 10 mm and is the usual choice where the priority is throughput and listing imagery rather than fine damage grading.
Does it work for hail events?
The DRAGATE HAIL / PDR configuration uses 8 cameras at 5 mm and produces a dent count per panel for PDR estimating.
Can it feed our listing and DMS systems?
Yes — open APIs with SAP-ready structured output, running locally or in the cloud.
What is the commercial basis?
List prices are published on each product page, EXW Shanghai. Delivery DAP to a GCC airport starts at around USD 10,000 per complete system, with an all-inclusive option covering site delivery, installation and training.
