Trucks, buses and trailers — inspected in one pass.
DRAGATE PRO is the heavy-vehicle configuration of the CXS ARCH. Specified with an arch of up to 6 m, it inspects commercial vehicles up to 5.0 m tall at up to 10 km/h, with multi-angle true-colour capture and plate and colour identification.
A truck is not a large car.
Commercial vehicles are taller, longer and dirtier, they carry different damage patterns, and they move through a yard on a schedule that will not wait for a walk-around. DRAGATE PRO is dimensioned and powered for that reality — an arch specified up to 6 m, a 380 V / 11 kW supply, and a frame built for continuous duty.
The passenger DRAGATE tops out at 2.0 m vehicle height. Anything above that — a box truck, a coach, a curtainsider, a tractor unit with a high cab — needs the PRO arch, which is configured to the clearance your site actually requires.
What the system captures.
Multi-angle body capture
2K HD true-colour imaging from multiple angles records the full exterior of the unit as it drives through — tractor, trailer or rigid body.
Damage detection at 1 cm
Deformation, panel damage and surface defects resolved to centimetre accuracy and located on the vehicle.
Plate and colour identification
Number-plate and colour recognition are included as standard, binding each scan to a specific unit without manual entry.
Undercarriage imaging
The drive-over module adds 4K line-scan of the chassis — leaks, corrosion, structural damage and missing components.
Commercial tyre measurement
Tread depth to 0.3 mm across a 900 mm effective width, up to 13 t axle load, with a report in about seven seconds.
Sidewall and wheel
Four industrial cameras at 7K resolve bulges, cuts and kerb damage, and read DOT age, brand and model.
Tyre and undercarriage figures refer to the commercial variants of those modules. The ARCH, undercarriage, tread and sidewall systems can be deployed together as one lane or individually.
Where it earns its place.
Anywhere heavy vehicles change hands, cross a boundary, or start and end a duty cycle — and the condition at that moment decides who pays.
Fleet and leasing
Objective condition records at handover, return and interval checks across a mixed heavy fleet.
- Damage attribution between driver, depot and workshop
- End-of-lease condition disputes settled on documented evidence
- Tyre wear tracked per axle over the life of the contract
Ports, terminals and logistics yards
Gate-in and gate-out inspection at the speed the yard actually runs.
- Condition captured on entry and exit, bound to the plate
- Liability boundary between haulier and terminal made explicit
- No inspector standing in a live traffic lane
Customs and border control
A consistent visual and undercarriage record of every vehicle crossing the line.
- Undercarriage line-scan without a pit or a mirror trolley
- Plate-bound, time-stamped and archived for later retrieval
- Throughput maintained during peak crossing periods
Workshops, PTI and bus operators
A repeatable intake record before a vehicle enters the workshop or the service line.
- Pre-repair documentation that survives a later dispute
- Tyre and chassis findings triaged before the lift is occupied
- Consistent output regardless of shift or operator

Arch height, system weight and foundation requirements depend on the configured clearance and are confirmed with the site survey.
The scan is the input. Your process is the output.
A condition record is only useful where your operation already works — in the yard management system, the leasing platform, the maintenance backlog. The CXS platform is built to be integrated rather than operated as an island.
Open interfaces
Open APIs and SAP-ready output push structured results into the systems you already run, rather than adding another login.
Reporting
Structured, time-stamped condition records, archived and retrievable on any device — the basis for a damage claim or an audit trail.
Local or cloud
Deploy against local infrastructure where data must stay on site, or cloud where it must be reachable across locations.
Reporting layouts, thresholds and process rules are configured per deployment. Tell us the system it has to feed and we scope the interface as part of the assessment.
Scope a commercial lane for your site.
We review your vehicle mix, throughput and site constraints, then return a configured system, an installation plan and a firm quotation. Your first on-site session is free of charge and without obligation.
