Fleets & Leasing
Damage, bound to
the leg that caused it.
For fleet operators and leasing companies across the UAE, Saudi Arabia and the GCC. Scan on hand-over and on return, and the question of who caused the damage stops being a negotiation.
The cost centre
Recovery fails on evidence, not on policy.
Most lease and rental agreements already give you the right to recharge damage. What is usually missing is a defensible record from the moment the vehicle left. Without it, the driver disputes, the account manager concedes, and the write-off lands in your P&L.
Manual check-in makes this worse: it is slowest exactly when the yard is busiest, which is when damage is most likely to be waved through.
What changes
Two scans, one comparison.
Every vehicle passes the lane in ten seconds at issue and at return. The system produces a time-stamped, machine-generated condition record each time — body, undercarriage, tread and sidewall.
A dispute becomes a side-by-side of two records rather than an argument between two recollections. Recharges hold because the evidence was captured before anyone knew it would be needed.
Beyond damage recovery
What else the record is worth.
Tyre compliance by exception
Every groove on every tyre measured to 0.1 mm at each gate pass. Replacement is triggered by measurement, not by a scheduled inspection that may be weeks away.
MaintenanceLeaks caught early
4K undercarriage line-scan flags oil leaks, corrosion and loose components before they become a roadside failure.
AutomationNo manual data entry
Plate recognition attaches each scan to the right asset automatically, so records reconcile against your fleet system without a clerk.
Integration
It has to fit the system you already run.
Open APIs with SAP-ready output, running against a local server or the cloud depending on your data policy. Condition records are retrievable on any device, so a remarketing team and a workshop see the same evidence.
Questions
Common questions from fleet operators.
Where does the lane go?
Wherever vehicles already pass — a yard gate, a depot entrance, a return bay. The ARCH installs into an existing drive-through lane and the undercarriage module sits on the floor at 88 mm, so no pit is needed.
We run trucks as well as cars.
The DRAGATE PRO handles commercial vehicles up to 4.0 m, with tread measurement rated to a 13-tonne axle load. See heavy vehicles.
Can we start small?
Yes. Tread, undercarriage and plate recognition are sold individually with published prices and can be bought directly. The ARCH is quoted per site because it is configured to your lane.
What does delivery cost?
Equipment prices are EXW Shanghai. Delivery DAP to a GCC airport starts at around USD 10,000 per complete system, with an all-inclusive option covering site delivery, installation and training.
