Rental & Mobility Vehicle Inspection

Rental & Mobility

Ten seconds at both
ends of the rental.

For rental operators, car subscription and mobility fleets across the GCC. A documented condition record at check-out and check-in protects the customer from charges they did not cause and the operator from damage nobody saw.

The friction

The walk-around is a trust problem in both directions.

At the counter, the damage sheet is filled in quickly because the customer is waiting and the queue is moving. At return, a mark is found that nobody can date. The operator either absorbs it or charges it and takes the review, the dispute and sometimes the chargeback.

Neither outcome is good, and both come from the same root cause: the record was never precise enough to settle the question.

What changes

A record neither side has to take on faith.

The vehicle drives through the lane on the way out and on the way back. Ten seconds each time, capturing body, undercarriage, tread and sidewall with a time stamp and a plate binding.

Charges that are justified now hold, because the evidence exists. Charges that are not justified never get raised — which is the part customers actually notice.

Turnaround

Speed is the point, not a side effect.

A manual walk-around at both ends costs ten to forty minutes per rental cycle. Replacing it with two ten-second passes returns that time to the counter and to the cleaning bay — which is where a rental branch actually makes or loses its day.

Questions

Common questions from rental operators.

Do we need space for a dedicated lane?

The ARCH installs into an existing drive-through route — typically the exit or the return lane. The undercarriage module sits on the floor at 88 mm, so no pit or excavation is required.

Can the customer see the report?

Condition records are structured, time-stamped and retrievable on any device, so they can be shared as evidence at the counter or attached to the rental agreement.

What about kerb damage on wheels?

The sidewall scanner images at 7K and detects bulges, cuts and kerb damage, and reads DOT age, brand and model.

What does it cost to get here?

Equipment is priced EXW Shanghai. Delivery DAP to a GCC airport starts at around USD 10,000 per complete system, with an all-inclusive package covering site delivery, installation and operator training available on request.
