CXS · Automated Vehicle Inspection

Precision at industrial scale.

Every vehicle. Every surface. Documented in ten seconds — without a lift, a pit, or a human opinion.

95%+Operational uptime
The System

Four inspection systems.
One uninterrupted pass.

The ARCH captures the body, the undercarriage, the tyre tread and the sidewall simultaneously as the vehicle drives through — then returns a structured, auditable condition record before it reaches the far side.

The System

One lane. Four inspection systems.

Select any component to see what it measures, what it costs, and where it sits in the lane.

AI vehicle inspection lane: 360° ARCH body scanner, undercarriage scanner, tyre tread and sidewall scanners with licence plate recognition

Indicative list prices, single unit, EXW Shanghai (Incoterms 2020) — exclusive of freight, insurance, duty and taxes. Delivery DAP to a GCC airport from USD 10,000 per system. Commercial-vehicle variants are priced separately.

In Motion

Four inspections, one pass.

The vehicle never stops. Body, undercarriage, tread and sidewall are captured as it rolls through the lane at walking speed.

The Operational Problem

Manual inspection does not scale.

A walk-around takes five to twenty minutes and depends entirely on who is working, how the light falls, and how late in the shift it is. At volume, that inconsistency becomes unrecoverable cost — missed damage, contested liability, and throughput capped by headcount.

Automated capture removes the variable. The same vehicle produces the same record, every time, in a fraction of the time.

The Solution

Drive in. Drive out.
Nothing else changes.

The ARCH installs into an existing lane. Structured light resolves deformation, homogeneous light resolves surface defects, and the undercarriage module mounts at 88 mm — no excavation, no pit, no lift.

Capabilities

Engineered to see what inspection misses.

01

360° body capture

Seventeen industrial cameras record the full exterior surface at 4K during drive-through.

02

Damage detection

Dents from 5 mm and scratches from 10 × 1 mm, each classified by type and severity.

03

Millimetre dimensioning

Length, width and depth resolved and mapped to the specific body panel.

04

Undercarriage imaging

4K line-scan with distortion correction detects leaks, corrosion and structural damage.

05

Tread measurement

Every groove on every tyre measured to 0.1 mm while the vehicle is in motion.

06

Sidewall & wheel

7K imaging identifies bulges, cuts and kerb damage, and reads DOT age and brand.

07

Plate recognition

Automatic number-plate recognition binds every scan to a vehicle identity on entry.

08

Digital reporting

Structured, time-stamped condition records, archived and retrievable on any device.

09

System integration

Open APIs and SAP-ready output, deployed against local or cloud infrastructure.

CXS scanner hardware, close detail
Precision

Built to industrial tolerance.

Calibrated optics, controlled illumination and speed-synchronised capture produce identical results in daylight, at night, and after a fourteen-hour shift.

Rated IP65 to IP67. Engineered for continuous 24/7 duty with remote diagnostics and over-the-air updates.

Current Offers

Two ways to start.

Most operations begin with a measurement, not a purchase order. Both routes below end with numbers you can take to your board.

No cost

On-site assessment

Business case validation at your site.

Our engineer spends a day in your lane, measures your actual throughput and inspection failure points, and builds the payback model against your own volume — not a generic example.

  • Throughput and cycle-time measurement on your lane
  • Damage-detection gap analysis against current process
  • Written payback model with your volumes and labour cost
  • Site plan: power, network, civil works, footprint
Book the assessment

Available across the UAE and GCC. Travel outside the GCC is quoted separately.

Launch offer

Module orders

5% on your first module order.

Undercarriage, tread and identification modules can be ordered directly from the catalogue. Use the code at checkout on your first order.

  • Valid on directly orderable modules
  • One use per customer
  • Combines with your agreed commercial terms

Next Step

Engineer your inspection infrastructure.

We begin with an assessment of your current throughput and failure points, followed by a live demonstration and a deployment model built against your actual volume.
